Return Policy Overview
You have 30 days from the date you receive all items in your order to submit a return request. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee unless the original items are defective.
How to Make a Return

Contact Us: Email us at help@chicmeleon.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current condition. For quality-related issues, please provide detailed images of the defect along with the item’s tag (including the QC Tag).

Return Instructions: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the return has been completed.
Eligible Items for Return
- All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie, tights, socks, and accessories (except belts and bags).
- Matching sets must be returned together and cannot be refunded or exchanged separately.
- Orders paid entirely with Store Credit are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Qualifying Conditions for Returns
- Fabric texture, and color variations due to monitor displays are not considered quality defects.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference are not considered quality issues.
- Damage resulting from improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors is not considered a quality issue.
- Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects. Please refer to our sizing chart before making a purchase, as our service team can only offer recommendations.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after your returned package is received at our warehouse.

- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be issued to the original card within 5 business days. Please contact your card issuer for details on when the credit will be posted to your account.
- PayPal and Other Online Payment Methods: Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account or the original online payment method within 5 business days. Contact the payment provider for more information.
- Store Credit: Orders paid with Store Credit are Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please do not send items back to the address listed on your package without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Ensure that your return package does not include any non-Chicmeleon items. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
- Chicmeleon is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect consignee information or refusal of shipment confirmation. If you notice incorrect information in your order, please contact us immediately at help@chicmeleon.com with your order number and the correct details.
